Eighty Seven Park Offers Wellness Living in Miami Beach

Eighty Seven Park

Located just steps away from the ocean and floating atop two lush parks, Eighty Seven Park is a boutique residential building that is Pritzker Prize-winning architect Renzo Piano’s first residential project in the US with design by RDAI, known for their work with Hermes.

The 66-unit building was designed with materials inspired by the natural surroundings with venetian terrazzo that echoes Miami’s white sandy beaches, light oak mimics the color palette of aged sea grape leaves and sculpted wood shapeshifts like the winding roots of South Florida mangroves.

Eighty Seven Park also offers an abundance of healthy and natural amenities including:

  • Soul Center Spa offering an on-site nutritionist, wellness coaching, and mind training techniques to help improve executive centers of the brain and assist with relaxation. The spa also features:
  • Turkish hammam
  • Hot stone plinth and steamer
  • Freestanding bath and a body-scrub area with ceiling water jets
  • Sauna
  • Private residents park offers 2 acres of lush space designed by world renowned landscape architecture firm West 8
  • Reflection pool offering a spot for quiet contemplation
  • Yoga garden overlooking the Atlantic Ocean
  • Full-time on-site botanist to help spread the green lifestyle and tend to residents’ terrace gardens as well as the year-round botanical exhibition in the lobby inclusive of bonsais, orchids and cacti
  • A library space for residents to come together for catered wine tastings, socializing on the communal deck, and book club meetings and have access to bestselling selections and custom-curated content.

The project is slated for completion later this year. It is also the only project in Miami that offers residents a key to their own private park (Miami’s take on Gramercy Park).
